Katrina Gibbons - Chief Executive Officer

Katrina has been with organisation since its inception as Hamilton District CVS in July 2000. She has experience in various areas spanning the private, statutory and voluntary sectors. She is the CEO in a job share capacity with Louise Willson. The CEO roles involves representing the interests of the voluntary sector at a strategic level.

  Louise Wilson - Chief Executive Officer

Louise's role is to work closely with the management board and staff to deliver services to the voluntary sector  organisations and to act as CVSHEK Representative with partners and funders. Louise has 15 years experience of working with community based organisations, local authorities and housing associations.

  Joan Green - Centre Manager and Company Secretary

Joan started with the organisation in July 2000 as Office Administrator and has progressed into the current role of Centre Manager. A diverse role which includes all financial management, staff management, centre operations and reporting to the Management Board in the role of Company Secretary.  Joan's background is in the public and private sectors.

 Stephen McGinty - Compact Development Officer

Stephen's role is to support the development of a partnership agreement between the public and voluntary sectors in South Lanarkshire, working to foster relationships between the sectors for the benefit of all in the area.

 Susan Lennartson - Development Officer

Susan's role is to provide help and support to local voluntary and community groups by undertaking organisational health checks, giving advice to new groups, training, and providing advice on funding sources and assistance completing application forms.

 Mary Sneddon - Senior Administrator

Mary heads up the Administration Team and her responsibilities include the day to day running of the Voluntary Sector Support Centre.  She is also responsible for Health & Safety, policies and procedures and is one of the two appointed first aiders for the Centre.

Joyce Brownlie - Administrator

Joyce is responsible for producing the bi-monthly  newsletter and together with the rest of the Admin Team supports the provision of the Centre's meeting rooms and other services.  Joyce is also one of the two appointed First Aiders for the Centre.

Sharon Lawson - Receptionist/Administrator

Sharon is the Centre Receptionist and also provides general administrative support as required.  Together with the rest of the Admin Team she also supports the provision of the Centre's meeting rooms and other services.
